Surf Hotel
A new build four storey hotel of approximately 6000m² floor space. PWA were appointed to undertake the steel frame design for the fabricator incorporating a braced steel frame, metal deck concrete floors and clad roof and walls.
Petrol Filling Station Ruabon
A new Petrol Filling Station with 500m² retail unit. The retail unit incorporating a mono pitched braced steel frame with ground bearing slab and pad foundations. PWA were appointed for full civil and structural services.
Bolton Business Centre
Bolton Business Centre. The project consists of the total reconfiguration of the whole building offering modern office accommodation and incorporated an additional part second mezzanine floor offering an additional 150m² of office floor space. The mezzanine floor incorporated exposed circular steel columns to give a stunning visual concept and offering the client the additional space required.
Convent of The Good Shepherd
A part two storey/part single storey new build facility offering living and office accommodation to the existing Convent with chapel featuring an ornate feature external wall. The building incorporating a combination of traditional build load bearing masonry with a combination of timber trussed rafters and loose timber roof. PWA were appointed for full services.
Horse Welfare Centre, Blackpool
An extension to the existing Visitor Centre incorporating a steel frame with clad roof and walls. PWA were appointed for full services with design and detailing of the frame, slab and foundations.
